This position is located in North East Philadelphia
Provide Tier III level support for Unix/Linux environment including production support, project support and addressing item submitted to our work request system.
Minimum of 6 years experience.
Strong Unix/Linux system administrator with experience provisioning and troubleshooting infrastructure issues related to hardware, operating system, network and storage.
Ability to interact with a range of clients and teams located in multiple locations.
Ability to participate in teams rotating oncall responsibilities.
Preferred Skills:
Redhat Linux and/or Solaris System Administrator skills e.g.
storage/filesystem creation/expansion/removal (veritas, LVM, VMFS)
server provisioning (jumpstart, kickstart)
etc
VMWare System Administrator skills
Additional nice-to-have skills:
Oracle Experience supporting infrastructure required by an Oracle DB environment.
Netbackup
Veritas Storage Foundation Suite
