PROJECT SPECIALIST

INTERVIEW PROCESS:    Phone then Face to Face

LOCATION:                         Mount Laurel, NJ

DURATION:                        9+ months

Candidate will be working with Debit Card Operations, supporting several units. 
They will not have any budget responsibilities, more of a coordinator/Jr PM role. 
Meetings, documentation, coordination of deliverables, etc  

Even though this is on the business side they would like to see a background with IT projects.  Will be working with coordination of testing team / validation.  

Debit Card experience would be a huge plus  

JOB SUMMARY:
The Debit Card Ops Project Specialist III handles project details and assists others with more complex aspects of projects.  Strong Project Management, communication and product knowledge is critical to this incumbent’s success.  

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
•    Ability to work independently with minimal supervisor guidance
•    Proficient in the use of software for project and data management including MS Office Outlook, Powerpoint, Visio, Word, MS Project, MS Excel, Office Communicator, and web enabled live meetings.
•    3+ years project management experience
•    Strong analytical and technical background
•    Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
•    Debit, prepaid or credit card experience preferred
•    Knowledge of policies and regulations
•    Knowledge of Visa or Master Card policies
•    Ability to communicate with all levels of management and the ability to present concepts and vision
•    Ability to work effectively under time constraints within a fast paced environment to deliver results by critical deadlines
•    Ability to travel (10%)
