Responsible for leading medium to large projects that impact more than two functional areas. Delegates, coordinates, and prepares project documentation. Builds project teams negotiating with resource managers for members with appropriate skill sets. Keeps project data in automated project management systems current such as change management, first project and others. Responsible for communications to senior management, team members and other stakeholders. May set time and cost goals for projects; ensures projects attain cost, time and quality goals. May manage more than one project simultaneously. Able to manage through all project related processes with minimal guidance.

Decision Making

Decisions are both tactical and strategic in nature. Day to day decisions are most often made without supervision or review. May analyze information and make recommendations based on findings.

Will have extensive interaction with internal and external customers and partners.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

4-6+ years of related experience. Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills. Ability to schedule using automated tools. Must be an excellent written and verbal communicator with a desire to work extensively with people. Demonstrates leadership, personnel management, financial management, risk management, and planning. Strong expertise in project management.
