[cleardot.gif] Princeton Information is building out its Information Security Team and is looking for a consultant specializing in the Security Management of Service Providers.
The consultant will have the following responsibilitesi:
1. Business Collaboration & Information Classification
Partner with business unit management to accurately identify the type of information in-scope with the service-provider relationships and the necessary security controls to protect the data based on risk.
2. Due Diligence Risk Assessments
Review and assess relevant security risks and mitigating controls of service providers. Work closely with Corporate Procurement and Business Units to ensure deployment of reasonable safeguards to protect the security and confidentiality of the Companys customer information that is accessible by unaffiliated parties.
3. Contracts & Agreements
Inclusion of appropriate security provisions in contractual language requiring service-providers to maintain appropriate safeguards designed to meet Customer Information Safeguarding Regulations Objectives, and provide reasonable assurance that the service-provider is adhering to contract stipulations and meeting the agreed upon regulatory requirements; includes confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. confidentiality of the Companys customer information that is accessible by unaffiliated parties.
4. Extranets and Secure Communications
Partner with Security Architects to design and implement secure encrypted network connections and communications between service-providers and the private Company network. Including, but not limited to VPNs, private WAN circuits, encrypted email, and encrypted file transfers.
