Long Term Contract WESB Developer Position is available with our Prime customer in NY. Also this WESB Developer should have experience with WPS.

Job Requirement:

This position is for an experienced IS professional, who will work as part of the Integration Services/ESB team. The team is responsible for full lifecycle delivery and support of integration solutions in a service oriented Enterprise Service Bus environment.
 
The position requires an experienced software engineer with a background in Service Oriented Architecture and Enterprise Service Bus concepts.
 
Responsibilities:
- Develop integration solutions utilizing IBM Process Server and Progress DataExtend SI (DXSI) software
- Support existing ESB infrastructure
- Lead troubleshooting & performance monitoring analysis and resolution activities
- Assist with analyzing and documenting requirements and use cases
- Develop and maintain data mapping definitions
- Assist in development of test plans and test cases
- Data modeling
- Some project and task management
- Occasional off-hours support
 
Experience Required:
- 3 - 5 years experience in Information Technology
- Telecom experience a plus
- J2EE development experience preferred, including JSP, Servlet, & EJB
- Working knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and associated technologies
- Prior experience in an Enterprise Service Bus environment a plus
 
Qualifications:
- Websphere MQ a plus
- Websphere Server Foundation, Process Server, ESB technologies a plus
- Eclipse development platform
- MS SQL Server, DB2, or Oracle RDBMS
- CVS, Ant, JUnit, JMeter utilities
- Proficient in shell scripting in a UNIX/Linux environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently in an aggressive schedule environment
- BS Computer Science/IT/equivalent

Salary /Hourly pay rates are based on prior experience and skills.
