Our client, located in the Aliso Viejo area of Orange County, is looking to hire a Technical Support Analyst. The qualified candidate will be responsible for the diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution of payments software and POS issues, including, but not limited to, payment applications, Windows and Linux platforms, and POS applications.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of Help Desk or Technical Support
  • Associate's Degree and Technical Certifications Preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of computer hardware, telecommunications, and peripheral equipment
  • Proficient with Windows operating system environment, routine commands and administration activities
  • Working knowledge of network configuration concepts and protocols for LAN and WAN
  • Ability to read, write and analyze moderately complex technical manuals, operating procedures and communicate effectively by mail, reports, or orally, with an audience that may include less technically oriented abilities.
