A 25 year old privately held enterprise software company, that is the absolute global leader in its market, is looking for several Sr. .NET Developers. Company is extremely profitable, has cash reserves, has 400+ of the largest global financial institutions as clients and has 500+ employees.
The position reports to the Development Manager.

5-10 years of .NET Development (preferred experience on v4.0 and/or v4.5)
Experience measuring performance, identifying bottlenecks (code and/or architectural design), and monitoring resource usage (memory, CPU, disk IO, network IO)
Experience with MS design patterns (MVC 2/3/4, MVVM, MVP)
WCF for messaging and communication with remote web services
Web Services using WS-Addressing, WS-ReliableMessaging, WS-Security, XML, RESTful and/or SOAP
Experience designing and implementing resource oriented, service oriented and object oriented APIs.
Should have experience developing within an Agile/Scrum environment
TFS (Team Foundation Server) for source control and reporting
Experience writing SQL to SQL Server 2005/2008R2/2012
BS in CS or related degree (MS and/or Ph.D. a big plus)
Plus (NOT mandatory):
Hadoop, Microsoft HPC or the equivalent
Experience with persistence and data access layer technology such as NHibernate, LINQ, or NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, Riak, etc.)
