The MSI New Business team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Application Systems Analyst. This position requires analysis, business and systems requirement documentation, problem solving, and testing expertise.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills required. The ideal candidate is able to work well independently or as part of a team and has demonstrated the ability to meet deadlines. Ability to communicate technical problems to non-technical audiences as well as critical thinking, decision making and problem solving skills. Shows an appropriate sense of urgency. Able to perform under pressure and multitask.
An understanding of client/server, web architectures and object oriented technologies as well as relational database concepts a plus. Must have experience with MS Office suite of products.
Familiarity with SDLC, Agile software development methodology, and insurance desirable.
$65,000 - $75,000 Depending on experience
