The consultant is directly accountable/responsible for successful delivery of SAP Production Planning (PP) and APO transformation, change management & technology initiatives. The consultant will also have direct involvement in business case development & performance measurement. It will be essential that the consultant have a deep understanding of Production Planning operations/business challenges & translate them into solutions. This individual provides hands-on leadership, direction, & mentoring to the team as well as manages client relationships.

Other job functions; communication, presentation and client-facing skills; understanding of SAP PP and APO; Integration knowledge with other modules; Demonstrated business process knowledge; Basic project management skills including scope, issue and risk management
Influences client decisions and project direction at the team level;
Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel; and
Ability to work independently with little guidance.

Required
* High School Diploma/GED
* At least 2 years experience in the Steel Industry
* At least 2 years experience in Consulting and busines in a manufacturing environment
* At least 2 years experience in Multiple, full life cycle, complex SAP PP and APO iimplementation experience using ASAP Methodology
* Readiness to travel 50% travel annually
* English: Basic knowledge

Preferred
* Bachelor's Degree
* At least 5 years experience in the Steel Industry
* At least 5 years experience in Consulting and busines in a manufacturing environment
* At least 5 years experience in Multiple, full life cycle, complex SAP PP and APO iimplementation experience using ASAP Methodology
* Certified in SAP Certification
* English : Intermediate
