This role assists clients in the process definition, selection,design/ implementation, and support of the PLM and MM modules of SAP. They use in-depth consulting skills, PLM & MM process knowledge, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.

Expected to provide guidance for design alternatives, Communicate with his/her team and across other functional and technical teams of the project, Surface, document and resolve issues on a timely basis, Coach the team to be more effective and contribute to positive morale, Set expectations for area of responsibility, establish priorities, and document potential scope changes that may impact project and budget and timetable.

Required
* High School Diploma/GED
* At least 4 years experience in Direct hands on experience designing and implementing multiple SAP Plant Maintenance and MM module
* At least 3 years experience in At least 3 full project lifecycles SAP implementations which included the Plant Maintenance module
* At least 2 years experience in Working as a Team Lead for Plant Maintenance
* Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
* English: Basic knowledge

Preferred
* Bachelor's Degree
* English : Intermediate

As the majority of our work is performed at client sites with significant travel required, applicants must live near major metropolitan airports.
