Configuration Management Specialist oversees CM procedure development.
Oversees Configuration and Data Management operations.
Monitoring and control of the adherence to contractual terms and conditions. Direct and execute activities related to: Software Configuration Management, Data Management, Integrated Change Control of project contract related documentation and deliverables. Execute and manage CCB and control of project baselines.

Some of our client engagements do require up to 100% travel for an extended period of time. Consultants are required to be flexible with their ability to travel and cannot refuse projects due to travel.
Required
* High School Diploma/GED
* At least 3 years experience in managing complex family of systems software configuration management activities
* At least 3 years experience in Rational tool set for Change and Release Management (UCM, ClearCase Multisite, ClearQuest Multisite, Jazz Foundation Server, Rational Team Concert)
* At least 3 years experience in implementation of continuous integration build systems
* At least 3 years experience in development of software solutions, i.e., as a member of a development team
* At least 3 years experience in development of software solutions, i.e., as a member of a development team
* At least 2 years experience in quality standards for software development. Specifically CMMI Level 3 and ITIL
* Basic knowledge in providing Software Development Life Cycle training to teams
* Basic knowledge in Quality Control, software development projects falling under Sarbanes-Oxley and other FAR and DFAR regulations
* Basic knowledge in project management techniques such as integrated scheduling and earned value management
* Basic knowledge in communicating effectively with team members and strong communication skills
* U.S. citizenship required
* English: Intermediate

Preferred
* Bachelor's Degree
