POLICY & PROCESS CONSULTANTS Engage with client practitioners in legal, records and IT to benchmark current processes and practices and help establish process improvements required to achieve cost and risk reduction objectives in the ILG program. Conduct process assessments of 16 key ILG processes. Take point in socializing process change and software solutions to each practitioner group to ensure their adoption. Key Responsibilities: * Understand Current State ILG Related Processes in Legal, Records and IT o Lead work shops or interviews with Records and Compliance -- understand how they develop retention schedule, manage taxonomy, manage records and organize records liaisons o Lead work shops or interviews with Legal eDiscovery - legal holds process, volume of litigation, evidence collection and management approach, coordination with IT and records, ediscovery and review cost profiling o Lead work shops or interviews with IT - application and storage provisioning and decommissioning, use
and application of retention schedules, including back up and DR schedules * Analysis of Legal, Records and IT Processes - Working with senior implementation leader, conduct process assessment and gap analysis in current processes and what must change to get to defensible disposal * Lead Practitioner Education/Socialization of Solution -- 1) why enterprise is looking at this program, 2) how they fit into the picture, and 3) how their job is better and easier with the ILG program and solution * Based on workshops, define and document current state and to be state for specific work stream (Retention and Records, Legal, IT) * Cultivate Practitioner Trust - Through credibility and relationship and communication skills, develop the trust of legal and records practitioners to ensure solution advocacy, program participation and benefit achievement Required * BS, MBA and/or JD may be a plus * Previous consulting background with focus on business process improvement, enterprise wide technology
deployments and solution orientated consulting. * Business process analysis and cross-function business optimization/transformation experience * Ability to engage with stakeholders at mid level, socialize new concepts effectively and build trust * Hands on doer, self sufficient, appetite to master details and all process, risk, and cost levers * Excellent communication skills from white board to key board (PowerPoint, policy writing, software demonstrations) * Familiarity with corporate policy creation, communication * Very fast learner * Experience ediscovery and records/retention management processes and applications a plus
Required
* Bachelor's Degree
* At least 5 years experience in Consulting
* At least 5 years experience in Services Delivery Management
* At least 5 years experience in Package Software Deployment
* At least 5 years experience in Process or Change Management
* Readiness to travel 50% travel annually
* English: Fluent

Preferred
* At least 7 years experience in Consulting
* At least 7 years experience in Services Delivery Management
* At least 7 years experience in Package Software Deployment
* At least 7 years experience in Process or Change Management
