General administrative support including meeting scheduling, calendar management, purchase order management, and other related administrative activitie.
looking for an experienced, qualified Adminstrative Assistant to support Hardware and Manufacturing operations.
Experience in working with Hardware design and development team is preferred.
Work with the engineering team to understand the lab / prototype requirements and coordinate with vendors for quote, and raise purchase orders.
Help maintain inventory for the other facilities and prepare custom documents for international shipments.
Coodinate travel arrangements for Senior Managers and the Hardware team.
Maintain departmental expense reports, and various month-end supply transfers.
Interact courteously with the team and vendors and establishes/maintains effective working relationships with supervisors, other employees, and general public.
General office clerical skills (filing, typing, meeting scheduling), office equipment operator and office software applications (MS Word, MS Excel Spreadsheets, MS Outlook, Firefox and Internet Explorer web browsers).
Must be flexible with hours as business needs require.
Arrange meeting space and coordinate meeting schedules of theTeam and other departments as required.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and correspondence of the Operations Management Team and other departments in which clerical support is provided.
B.A. or B.S. degree in related field
