These will be Analysts who have a depth of experience in Process Flows and diagraming out technical processes using Visio and other visual aides. They will need to be very analytical, almost 50% Business Analyst-type work and any Six Sigma knowledge will be helpful as well!
*any previous ITIL, Service Management, Service Now Reporting or Analytics experience is nice to have but not mandatory*.
Strong process management experience
Business Requirements gathering/documentation experience
Proficiency in MS Visio, Word, Excel
Familiarity with ITIL processes
Strong relationship building/interpersonal skills
Experience in documenting processes for Technical/IT related projects.
Knowledge of or experience with ServiceNow
Six Sigma Knowledge of Lean
Very analytical communication, very process-centric
Flexibility! Need to be comfortable working with several different groups
All experience in ITIL Foundation, Service/Incident Management, Data Analytics
