"The role will be working with the Global Experience Team (GxT), which supports the entire consumer business including credit cards, retail banking, small and commercial business banking and real estate lending.

The Program Coordinator will be part of the Strategic Program Management team. This team is comprised of individuals who provides program management support to the GxT organization on strategic initiatives to ensure traction, transparency and alignment. We provide program oversight, structure, facilitation and coordination.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintain and ensure GxT floor plans are current and up to date for LIC, JAX, Dallas, Delaware and other future locations
Manage seat assignments for FTE and Contractors
Assist in finding on-site space for long projects
Point of contact to resolve issues with shared facilities, like printers, conference rooms, etc.
Run seat utilization reports and identify areas for consolidation
Support other key projects/initiatives
One to Three years experience in corporate office management, administration, facilities operations or other related role.
Excellent written and verbal skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Impeccable attention to detail
Strong leadership skills - with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Influencing skills - ability to work across multiple teams, functions, businesses, geographies and interact with senior management.
Proactive, resourceful self-starter
Enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal & problem solving skills.
