Job Summary:
Lead UI design responsibilities on a screen layout and a navigation of all new .net rich client desktop applications. Work with other engineers to analyze the existing desktop applications on legacy platform and the new business requirements, and develop new UI standards based on the existing standards. Meet with customer to establish mutually agreed upon UI design as earlier development phase as possible. Work with other engineers to verify technical issues with draft UI design.

Prerequisites (Education, Experience, Specialized Knowledge and Skills, Certifications, Licenses, etc.)
a) BS or MS in computer science or mathematics
b) 6 years experience in UI design
c) 3 years experience in UI design on .net rich client desktop applications
d) Hands-on experience in reviewing UI design with customer
e) Hands-on experience in identifying technical issues with engineers
f) The ability to work well with others
