Sr. Help Desk / Technical Support
We have an open-ended contract with a large upstream oil and gas company that have operations in Anchorage, AK.
They need a local resource to assist with day-to-day support for both hands-on support as well as remote. Senior Technical Support * 3-5 years experience * Excellent troubleshooting skills * Windows 7 deployments * Ability to create images utilizing Ghost * Experience support MS Office suite * Basic Networking skills * Great customer service skills * Videoconference setup is a plus * Oil and Gas help desk experience is a huge plus * Must have experience writing technical documentation experience, knowledge base * HP Service Desk * Basic hardware upgrade experience
