Titles: Recruiter & Sr. Recruiter (2 positions)

Due to tremendous growth within a 26 year old company, we are in need of a Jr. Recruiter that has high energy and a good sales background and a Sr. Recruiter that has solid proven experience in recruiting professionals. This is a great opportunity to work in the South side of Houston and make an excellent income.

Responsibilities:

Recruiters will be responsible for sourcing, mining, networking, hunting, and direct line recruiting top talent for RSA and RSA*s clients in the Houston, TX area. Recruiters will be handling the full life cycle of a placement which includes the following: identifying the candidate, complete work up of candidate and their skills, technical testing, client presentation, offer negotiation, counter offer issues and closing the deal. Recruiter*s work in a fast paced environment and have the support necessary to do their job exceptionally well. RSA recruiters identify top talent for Contract, Permanent, Contract-to-Hire, and for its services division. RSA hires and trains Recruiter*s that become Experts in their field and have the ability to identify top talent for career opportunities

Required Skills:

* This individual must have exceptional communication and presentation skills
* Previous sales experience preferably in recruiting. Proven Sales abilities
* Excellent phone presentation
* High energy and self-motivated individual that can hit the ground running
* Independent individual that has the ability to Multi-task many things at once.
* Individuals that love challenge and hate to lose
* Excellent verbal and written skills
* Team oriented type individual that has a competitive spirit
