We are currently looking to add a Business Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role you will be focusing on the Salesforce.com application development and providing continuous analysis,*development and process improvement. You will be responsible*for providing support for the existing modules. Our SalesForce.com be responsible for eliciting, documenting, and maintaining software requirements.*At times, this person will be expected to*plan, design, develops and test software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products. This includes develop solutions based on business requirements and. You use skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of CRM industry practices and company policies and procedures; resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways. You will work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. You have demonstrated good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

-3 years of experience working with Salesforce.com force.com (Visual Force) and Apex.
-3 years of analysis and working with technical personnel.
-Experience with Integrations to other systems
-Knowledge of page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, triggers, etc.
-Demonstrated use of SDLC processes
-Knowledge of Eclipse
-Experience with on Saleforce.com instances with 500+ users
-SQL query language and related database experience is a plus.
-Experience understanding and developing design documents from business requirements
-Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
-Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.
-Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
-Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Education: 4 year degree within Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or business administration or equivalent work experience.
Licenses or Certifications: SFDC Certified Developer Preferred.
