Business Development/Sales Manager, Dallas, TX

National Systems Consulting (NSI) is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Business development/Sales Manager to assist in the growth of our IT staffing solutions. NSI is currently providing comprehensive end-to-end IT solutions and Staffing needs to Fortune 500 companies like Bank of America, HP, DELL, Mary Kay and other companies. We are experts in providing consultants in the areas of SAP, Microsoft SQL, Oracle, DBA, Big Data, PeopleSoft, CRM, BI, Informatica, Siebel, Data Warehousing, e-Business, Enterprise Software, Infrastructure Management, Application Development, Application Maintenance and Network Support.

Requirements for Business Development/Sales Manager:

  • Must have 10 plus years of experience in working with Fortune 500 Clients to place consultants/contractors (worked with hiring managers and executives directly)
  • Must have experience in bringing new business opportunities and introduce potential clients to NSI.
  • Must have proven successful sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
  • Must have strong contacts with our existing clients (Bank of America, HP, Dell and other Fortune 500 companies).
  • Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.


  • As a Sales / BD Manager, you will be responsible to develop sales strategies, lead identification, make cold calls, setting appointments with managers, creating and closing contracts.
  • Identify potential clients and customer groups in the local and national markets with knowledge of competitor operations in the staffing or IT market.
  • Must be Self-motivated and reach sales targets by identifying, developing & closing staffing or IT project opportunities.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of IT marketing, sales skills and trends.
