We need a Senior Consultant who:*
*Architects effective technical solutions to business needs
*Deals well with ambiguity in problems
*Innovates solutions adopted by others
*Drives to improve team performance
*Provides constructive feedback for team members
*Organizes technical discussions around new opportunities
*Presents at events in the technical community
*Communicates technical solutions to technical audiences
*Recognized as a Technical Expert on projects
Job Description focus areas are:
* - Strong soft skills.
* - Ability to speak technical things to the business.
* - Ability to push back on requirements not in line with architecture goals.
* - Ability to work with other vendors on web service APIs.
* - Ability to think holistically about architecture goals and strategy.
* - Strong Java to be able to review team code and assist in tactical ways.
* - Spring and/or MVC framework experience a plus.
