Sr. Business Systems Analyst

Seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to develop an understanding of the business issues and working in conjunction with Programmer/Analysts identify, develop and implement appropriate technical solutions. This position is based on Los Angeles, CA. with a well known stable company.

Responsibilities:
** Provide user support and training on Enterprise 1 and other applications; meet with users to review business issues/problems and gather requirements; create formal requirements documents.
** Develop integration test plans and conduct testing
** Develop reports using the E1 ERW tool or Crystal Reports
** Assist users with developing test plans and user acceptance testing

Requirements:
** Bachelor**s degree in an IT or business-related area
** Minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst
** 3 years experience in a JD Edwards Enterprise One environment
** Experience developing reports with the Enterprise One Report Writer required
** Previous experience working with a structured application development methodology required
** Experience with Harris BMS Traffic systems and Kronos highly preferred; familiarity with AS400 environment.
