Job Description:

As the AS400 Lead Computer Operator you will lead the current AS400 Operations environment. Monitor user-submitted jobs as defined in standards including perform and monitoring of backups. Respond to AS400 system and job messages. Develop and maintain documentation for all Operations processes and procedures. Ensure all Operational hardware and software problems are documented and resolved.

Candidates Must Have Requirements:

* Participate in AS/400 Change Management/Problem Management/DSR meetings.
* IBM AS400 Computer Operations, system monitoring, customer communication skills, perform system IPL's, system maintenance preparations, system and file recoveries, batch monitoring and escalation.
* Operate multiple levels of AS400 Operating systems.
* Working knowledge of ICOM 400 & IPDS printing.
* IBM Basic Scheduler, performance tuning, printers, restores, PTF*s,
