Mandatory Requirement: Candidates MUST have done an office 365 Migration or Upgrade in the past.
Plans, directs, and completes the analysis of business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Acts as a liaison between the user community and internal IT resources. This position will have the exciting opportunity to be part of the team that will rollout Office 365 for one of our client . The project which will be focused on planning efforts, migrating content, and developing new processes needed to support the new productivity suite. This includes: Exchange, Office, Lync, Sharepoint, OneDrive for Business and Yammer. Excellent communication skills are a must since a large part of the job will be working directly with our business customers. Must be a team player that puts a high value on collaboration, communication and peer support.

-Has thoroughly demonstrated knowledge of the application systems in their area of responsibility and can identify, evaluate and define impacts of changes, provide alternatives both to the application changing and all upstream and downstream systems, or identify if a change is a manual process taking into account the entire picture as well as the details. Generally assigned to Enterprise, cross-functional and cross-departmental projects with high complexity and cross-system impacts.
-Has thoroughly demonstrated working knowledge to conceptualize, document and communicate innovative solutions to meet or exceed business objectives and can reconcile short-term solutions with long-term objectives and infrastructure strengths.
-Applies and provides examples in and mentoring for modeling techniques to Analyst deliverables.
-Expert in Planning, facilitating, and participating in working sessions with cross-functional resources and can mentor and assist others in same.
-Ability to expertly conduct peer reviews to solicit feedback on materials created by self and provide example to be modeled in regard to participating in reviews conducted by others.
-MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)
-Demonstrates thorough working knowledge of various business process and system modeling tools including: Data Flow Diagrams, Process Models, ER diagrams, Dimensional Data Models, Context Models, Event Modeling, State Modeling, Process decomposition, and Use Case Scenarios
-Demonstrates thorough working knowledge of the system development life cycle and can train others on SDLC concepts
-Demonstrates thorough working knowledge to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments, create deliverables and delegate to others as well as monitor their work for completion
-Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing suite of complex applications
-Technical writing skills producing clear and unambiguous deliverables
- 8-10 years experience creating Requirement, Functional Specification, & Test Requirement documents required
- 8-10 years experience with supporting both purchased and in-house developed required
- 8-10 years experience in software development, software design or business process design (example: process modeling, use case analysis, etc) and implementation
- 5 years experience with Sharepoint (2007/2010/SPO)
- 4 years minimum Project Management, Management, Team Lead, or other equivalent leadership experience
- 8-10 years experience with a formal SDLC
- 8-10 years experience developing business solutions with a variety of tools
- 8-10 years experience in telecommunications industry preferred
- Office 365 Preferred
