- Recruit Information Technology and Engineering Professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions.
- Utilize effective time management techniques to source and recruit on multiple positions concurrently.
- Find qualified candidates from various sources including LinkedIn, User Groups, Networking, Referrals, Social Networking, job boards (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, etc.), and other creative means.
- Create compelling job ads for attracting top talent.
- Post job ads online.
- Source, qualify, and close potential candidates.
- Proactively identify new business leads from candidate interviews.
- Build pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Maintain accurate data in our applicant tracking system.
- Perform Candidate Reference Checks.
- Minimum 3+ years of technical recruiting experience.
- Strong Boolean search skills.
- Experience recruiting for both contract & direct-hire positions.
- Successful track record of recruiting for software-related, hardware-related, and information technology positions.
- Proven ability to uncover those “Hard to find” candidates
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to effectively recruit on multiple positions (6-10) simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation & closing skills.
- Excellent Communication skills both verbal & written.
- “Make it Happen” attitude.
- Advanced sourcing certification (MARS and/or AIRS)
