Position includes experince in support desk answering questions related to their web-based applications. In addition, there is some opportunity in this role to do some internal project management as well. There will be plenty of opportunity to grow in this role, so more than anything we are looking for someone with a lot of potential and desire/drive to grow in his/her role.
The key skills/background I’m looking for include:
- Experience in customer support
- Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge
- Ability to be customer-facing
- Interest in project management and possibly some experience in this area as well
