Title: Application/Production Support Analyst
The requirements and responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to) the following:
. Monitor daily production jobs and escalate appropriately during the pager task.
. Follow the defined standard process and create root cause analysis documents.
. Track and provide timely responses to the production incident tickets raised.
. Ability to troubleshoot the issues and providing resolutions.
. Candidate will be working on global application, he/she should be flexible to work with stakeholders and partners in different time zones.
. Ensure all production implementation process and pre-requisites are completed for each release.
. College degree and 5-7 years of experience in IT, preferably in production support.
. Strong in Weblogic, Unix, MQ
Strong SQL and Unix knowledge required.
. Knowledge of Oracle and strong SQL skills.
. Excellent analytical skill.
. Detail oriented.
. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
. Teamwork, interpersonal skills, attention to details and good communication skills are a must.
