Workday Integration Consultant

The ideal candidate has always "bridged the gap" between business and technical teams.  You love the challenge of solving complex intersystem problems and want to develop SaaS, SOA, web service expertise.  As a Deloitte Workday Integration Consultant, you will bring your technical skills, ability to keep the business context in sight and roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic to a team with a positive, can-do attitude, a collaborative culture, and a passion for helping our customers to be successful.

 

This presents a unique opportunity for you to get trained and certified in the Workday application, and leverage your past experience to implement the system for our clients.  Our Workday practice center model supports a limited travel model of 25-75%.  

 

Responsibilities:


 

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate will possess consulting experience, recent experience with at least one of the following functional areas: HCM/HRMS and/or Payroll.
  • Project experience in a technical or techno-functional role on one or more ERP implementation projects using SOA tools (SAP NetWeaver, Oracle Fusion, Workday Studio or other middleware platform).
  • Demonstrated proficiency with web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc).
  • B.A. / B.S., Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, computer science or other engineering discipline preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities; able to communicate effectively with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organization.
  • Superior detail orientation, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding Excel skills.
  • Thrive on simultaneously operating at multiple levels and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, growing, start-up environment with minimal supervision.
  • Must have a true love of learning and figuring out how things work.
