IT Manager, Supply Chain and Manufacturing

Working as part of a strong IT Applications team, the IT Manager will deliver support services, projects, support lean six sigma business initiatives for all aspects of SAP APO and SAP PP to the business that includes and is not limited to Demand Planning and Supply Network Planning, Supply Network Collaboration, PPDS, SAP PP, SAP MRP, Capacity planning, Sales Operations planning.

Position Responsibilities

• Will deliver support services, projects, support lean six sigma business initiatives for all aspects of SAP APO and SAP PP functionality, including coordinating and working with other cross-functional teams to the business

• Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning and VMI, Supply Network Collaboration, Demand management and Sales Operations planning, MRP, MPS, Production execution in repetitive manufacturing setup, pull and push system of production and replenishment using latest manufacturing techniques in SAP

• Usage of SAP APO and SAP PP/MRP functionality including solid, hands-on SAP configuration, VMI, Demand Planning, PPDS, SNP, SNC, SAP PP/MRP, Push and Pull system

• Lead and partner with multiple businesses in a service provider environment of continuous change

• Develop the internal IT team's processes as well as provide input to the overall S&OP offering within Dr Pepper Snapple Group

• Will work independently and be an effective contributor in a diversified team.

• Will foster own business relationships and make own business contacts without assistance from internal Dr Pepper IT employees; drive and delegate tasks effectively

• Understanding of SAPSCRIPT; Understanding of IDOCS and Interfaces

• Excellent analytical problem solving skills - ability to quickly identify problems and recommend solutions.

• Confidently and assertively liaise with business users and middle/senior management

• Business focused and Influencing skills; deliver better services to customers

• Travel within US and Canada facilities (approximately 25%)

 QualificationsQualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with emphasis in engineering, mathematics or supply chain

• 6 years experience in SAP implementation

• Completed 5 full lifecycle SAP implementations

• 6 years experience with SAP APO and SAP PP/MRP functionality including hands-on SAP configuration, VMI, Demand Planning, PPDS, SNP, SNC, SAP PP/MRP, Push and Pull system
