We are seeking an experienced staffing professional with strong business development skills to both support our current clients and develop new accounts for our office in Naperville, IL.
Candidate’s role will be to meet with prospects and existing clients with the goal of developing new relationships, and ultimately increasing our customer base.
Responsibilities
This dynamic opportunity encompasses the full-cycle sales process, which includes:
Devise and implement marketing strategies in order to obtain IT consulting and permanent job orders from targeted client companies.
Identify and establish relationships with key decision makers within prospect accounts in order to secure new business opportunities
Identify opportunities to broaden the scope of services offered to existing client base
Maintain a high standard of service within new and existing accounts to ensure continued business
Qualifications:
Must have 4-5 years of current sales experience in the IT Staffing industry
Must have an understanding of IT terminology and culture
Must be highly driven, self-motivated, and possess outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
