ALTEK Information Technology, Inc. is currently recruiting for Technical Recruiters at all levels who are interested in joining an established company.

Responsibilities:
-Identify, screen and qualify technical candidates.
-Knowledge of, and experience in sourcing techniques including in-house database, job boards, ad response, Internet search engines, networking, referrals, social networking sites, headhunting, cold calling and personal referrals.
-Ability to reformat/rewrite resumes, compose job ads, and develop other correspondence.
-Work with peers and management to continually develop effective recruiting strategies and processes.
-Work closely with sales team to effectively deliver qualified candidates to various clients.

*Respond and work with proposal team on RFI, RFR, TORFP, and RFQ efforts.

ALTEK successfully supports the following industries with contract, contract to hire, and direct hire opportunities within all professional levels of Information Technology:
* Healthcare
* State Government (Master Contractor for the State of MD)
* Federal Government (GSA Schedule, Large Government Integrators)
* Hospitality

Requirements:
-Must have a strong work ethic
-Must be able to multi-task
-Must have a high degree of professionalism
-Must be a team player
-Must be computer literate at a basic level (MS Office, etc.)
-Must have at least 1 to 5 years of recruiting or sales experience (preferably IT related). Comfortable working in a Vendor Management System environment (i.e. Beeline, Insight Fieldglass, etc)
