Healthcare Reform Project Managers, SME's, and Business Analyst -- Healthcare Benefit Exchange

Job Description:

ALTEK Information Technology is providing expertise in the area of Healthcare reform for the Health Insurance Industry and the Health Benefit Exchanges under the Federal Mandate requirements such as:

ARRA, ACA, PPACA, HITECH, including State Exchanges.

We are looking for highly qualified individuals to join our team.

We are looking for strong Directors/Program Managers, Project Managers, Solution Architects and Business Analyst to team together to provide solutions to immediate industry needs.

Positions are W2 or contract, and rates and salaries are very competitive and lucrative in today’s market!

Desired Skills & Experience:

* Previous Big 5 consulting experience a plus.
* PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred but not required.
* This position requires a four-year degree (i.e. Healthcare Administration, Management Information Systems, Business Administration), Masters Degree is a plus or equivalent experience of 7 - 10 years of related IT project management experience in a large scale, cross functional, multi-system environment.
* Effective communications with all levels in the organizations.

Out of the 7 - 10 years required, experience in a combination of the following:
* Progressive broad-based highly integrated information systems Project Management experience (which could include consulting) with hardware and software systems is desirable;
* Knowledge, experience and exposure implementing public or private health insurance exchanges.
* Experience managing projects through rapid and iterative development and implementation as well as SDLC.
* Familiarity with Patient Protection Affordable Care Act (PPACA) legislation.
