The Sr. Project Manager’s mission is to plan, manage, and execute multiple strategic projects to ensure that corresponding business objectives are met. This role requires strong leadership skills and an ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders. This role reports within the Program Management Office. Responsibilities: • Lead large, complex, enterprise-wide projects through all project lifecycle phases • Support business sponsors with project definitions through strategic analysis and project scoping • Meet project goals while adhering to established project methodology and governance standards • Manage project resource allocation to meet objectives • Identify risks and drive implementation of risk management plan • Plan and facilitate team meetings and working sessions and communicate results • Establish and maintain relationships and communications at all levels of the organization • Develop and facilitate change management plans/actions • Prepare reports for upper management regarding project status
