Sr. Java/J2EE Developer

At least six years recent hands-on experience developing in Java/J2EE
Recent work experience with web services and XML
Good investigation and debugging skills
Previous test automation experience
Hands-on experience with software development tools such as Eclipse, Perforce, Hudson, XMLSpy, SoapUI, JUnit
The ability to sit next to developers and make substantive contributions to design and code review
Familiarity with Agile Software Development Methodologies
Excellent communication skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking)
A "take ownership" personality - you are self-directed!

Nice To Have:

Hands-on leadership of small development and/or QA teams
Knowledge of SQL
Knowledge of Linux
Recent work experience with JMS
Knowledge of Oracle AIA
Performance testing experience, preferably with Silk Performer
Experience with other automation tools, such as Selenium or Silk Test
