Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for operational support systems including billing, Salesforce CRM, reporting, data warehousing, and data marts, including Finance and Accounting databases, information protection, structure, encryption, and prevention systems
- Creates and maintains high performing database systems infrastructure as well as all back office development for the production environment
- Acts as project manager for all development projects, including meeting coordination, agenda management, timeline/MS-project documentation, and minutes distribution
- Provides additional services to the IT Manager as needed, such as internal database and operational systems support
- Manages all database, reporting, analysis, and business intelligence and other database manipulation and automation responsibilities
- Other duties as assigned

Skills and Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in database development, administration, architecture, tuning, monitoring, data protection, migration (MS SQL Server preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including APEX and Visual Force
- Must be an expert with writing new APEX code to support new functionality, reviewing existing APEX code, troubleshooting and diagnosing APEX code issues
- Successful implementation of three or more CRM applications in Salesforce.com sandboxes and production environments
- Experience on Windows Server and other common operating systems
- Extensive experience with creating and maintaining DTS packages, stored procedures, and triggers
- Extensive experience in ASP.NET and SQL Server/SSRS
- Experience with Crystal Reports and other reporting engines
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Team player with capability to work independently and take initiative. Strong organizational, leadership, and management skills
- Excellent time management and work prioritization skills
- Softrax and ACCPAC experience a plus
- Classic ASP experience a plus
- Previous experience leading database and development teams a plus
- 4-year degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
