Technical Skill and Responsibilities
-Java J2EE development experience in a web based environment
- Experience in visual design and creating rich user experience. Developing JQuery & HTML is MUST!!! 
- 3+ years Object Oriented JavaScript programming, HTML/XHTML, and CSS3
- Expert level understanding of the JSP, DOM, and/or JSON 
- 5+ Years of Hands on Experience developing Java Framework using Patterns is Must. 
- Experience with REST (like) API's, XML parsing/handling, etc. 
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, Prototype, YUI etc.) is PLUS 
- Working experience with RAD, Websphere, Oracle is PLUS
