Finacial Giant is Seeking a Windows Administrator for there Windows 7 Trade Floor Migration. My company DISYS is supporting the migration and there is currently a need for a Sr Windows Administrator. Windows Administrator must also be able to execute basic SQL DBA tasks. This is a long term contract opportunity with Competive Rates. Financial background is a huge plus espically trade floor experience. 

Description:   
Minimum of 7 to 10 years of Systems Administration/Engineering experience supporting business Critical systems environment.
Build, Configure, Implement and support of Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure systems and Applications.
Develop, implement and follow System standards, policies and procedures.
Effectively Manage the network infrastructure components like Anti-virus, backup, application and System patch and security configuration and processes.
Ability to identify opportunities for efficiency and proactively improve the infrastructure Environment.
Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment and multi-task effectively to deal with Changing priorities.
Willing to provide support to the team on variety of tasks and to support unplanned high priority Business initiatives and activities.
Be available to support the Infrastructure team needs in case of off hours support or on call support for Emergencies on a rotation basis.
Ideal background will include significant knowledge and experience in these:
Day-to-day management of Network systems and Infrastructure management.
Windows Server 2003 and 2008 both 32 bit and 64 bit.
Monitoring Systems availability and performance with Enterprise Tools.
Clustering, High Availability and Disaster Recovery.
VMware ESX and ESXi 4.1 and 5.0.
File servers, Shares and Security model and remediation.
Group Policies, Security configuration and OS patching and remediation.
HP and NetApp Storage Arrays, RAID, DAS, NAS, CIFS, and iSCSI protocols.
Active Directory, MS Exchange support.
Windows networking technologies like DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP etc.
Log analysis, error detection and fault correction.
SharePoint.
Citrix Xenapp experience managing the Citrix infrastructure.
Systems Inventory and Configuration Management.
VB Scripting and Powershell.
HP ProLiant Servers hardware, Insight Manager & other Server management tools.
Backup solutions and Data archives.
Incident resolution & Strong problem solving skills.
Resolutions to problems in a timely manner.
Microsoft MCSE and other industry Certifications preferred.
Financial Industry experience preferred.
