Collaborator and Communicator - CAS has an immediate need for a System Engineer - QA Analyst.  This individual will develop quality assurance and testing plans, strategies and approaches for new software products and changes/releases of existing software products.  They will also develop and maintain test procedures and test scripts for assigned initiatives.  Other duties include, identify, report, escalate, monitor and mitigate project and product risks and produce status reports and appropriate associated metrics.  For the more senior level candidate they will be responsible for mentoring less experienced team members.

 Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or a related science discipline, or Computer Science or   related/similar field of study. . 
• 5-7 years of related work experience. 
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in a software quality assurance and testing role.  Testing experience should include internet, intranet, client server, and large database query applications. 
• Must have outstanding Communication skills.
