SAP CRM SYSTEM ENGINEER

Strategic Role -  CAS has an immediate opening for a SAP CRM System Engineer in its Information Technology Division.  This position will provide strategic architectural planning, project leadership, and tactical support for the SAP CRM system and other Enterprise Business Systems, as assigned.  Help drive the evolving SAP CRM solution architecture; encompassing newer SAP technologies as applicable.  Serve as a team player willing to accept the full range of system development and maintenance responsibilities, primarily with SAP CRM.  Support strategic solution design, implementation of new functionality, and enhancements to existing functionality to meet business needs.  Provide routine production support.  Ensure cross-project collaboration and coordination with interfacing systems teams (e.g., SAP BW/ECC and on-line services Infrastructure teams) regarding shared data entities.

 Required Skills:

  • Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science or related discipline and/or equivalent SAP experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience with SAP CRM technology that may include Middleware, WebUI,   Configuration, Adobe Forms, Service, Surveys, CRM Analytics and Campaigns.
  • Minimum 5 years experience with SAP ABAP development with a strong interest to become a    CRM developer will be considered
  • Demonstrated technical leadership skills, including collaboration with end user areas and IT colleagues to support business requirements exploration and clarification, in conjunction with innovative SAP architecture/infrastructure planning.
  • Experience in refining/detailing business requirements and reflecting them in functional/technical design documents that are based on new/existing vendor software infrastructure.  Also, experience with establishing and overseeing solution implementation plans, including projected hours and timelines. 
  • Strong interaction, facilitation, and presentation skills.
