Job Description  

Overview of Role:

This position Delivers HCM process transformation work acting as a business transformation consultant.  Develops best-in-class collateral and innovative solutions & services to support the practice and client engagements. Works with other HCM managers to take new offerings to the market. Provides PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 CoreHR, Time and Labor, Absence Management and ESS/ domain expertise to engagements.

Travel Requirement: Up to 75%, M-F

Qualifications: (Please list all required qualifications)  

1. Excellent communication skills and a team player
2. Excellent HR business/process consulting and presentation skills
3. Expertise at key client stakeholder relationship building
4. 10+ years of HCM business/process transformation work
5. 10+ of systems integration and implementation in the HCM Space
6. 10+ years of HR process transformation using PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 (MUST HAVE) as an enabler; Consulting experience in HCM Blueprint/Design is A MUST
7. 8+years of Oracle/PeopleSoft  full-suite of HCM Modules (must have at least one PSoft module: Absence Management, or CoreHR and Time)
8. 10+ years in project management leading HCM initiatives
9. Experience in enabling and managing change
10. Facilitation in designing, planning and executing workshops
11. Expert with best-in-class HR process models

Role Responsibilities:

1. Project Management on PeopleSoft HCM engagements
2. Requirements gathering and fit/gap against best-in-class process models
3. Development of functional specifications
4. Fit and gap analysis of client requirements to PeopleSoft out-of-the box functionality
5. Development of business test scenarios
6. General Consulting Services across the PeopleSoft Hire-to-Retire Cycle
7. HR Operations Reviews/Operations Strategy to improve the effectiveness of current processes and develop new processes to support business innovation. Design of detailed business architectures and capability models to realize client’s strategy objectives. Identifies opportunity areas, redesigns and implements new business processes to deliver significant cost savings.

General Skills:

Education:

Minimum a BS or BA in Business or Human Resources. Prefer Masters level education in Human resources and/or Business Administration and Information Technology Management. 

Certifications:

PeopleSoft HCM 9.x and PeopleSoft Implementation Methodology

Work Location: Prefer NY due to client location or North East
