Positions : Developer /Lead Developer /Tech Lead /Architect / Mobility Consultant
Skills Required: Mobile Technologies, Mobility , iOS , Android ,Windows Phone , iphone, MEAP
1) Enterprise Mobility Architect
- Hands on practitioner who can provide technical leadership for enterprise and consumer facing mobile applications and products in iOS as well as hybrid application tools and framework selection
- Assist in backend integration technical roadmap creation and maintenance
- Develop and enforce mobile development guidelines and conducts design & code reviews
- Oversee mobile QA processes & testing tools selection
- Participate in proof-of-concept and prototyping efforts with other project teams in both a design and engineering capacity.
- Maintains high value, current functional knowledge of best practices in mobile industry
- Work with client stakeholders and business users to define application scope and objectives.
- Provide coaching and mentoring in support of cross-functional technical and functional resources
- Oversee support solutioning, RFP/ RFI response activities and provide necessary supports to presales team.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environment
Optional
- Knowledge on SOA, Web service and Android development
- Willing to travel (25%)
- Familiarity with Pharmaceutical, healthcare and medical devices industry
2) Enterprise Mobility Consultant
- Lead technical solutioning and support business development for enterprise and consumer facing mobile applications and products across all platforms for both tools and framework selection
- Create opportunities and manage client relationship to establish Client`s thought leadership and partnership
- Manage and grow Client’s capabilities, tools and solution portfolios in enterprise Mobility space
- Actively contribute in the growth plan and account reviews
- Oversee and coordinate presales, solutioning and client engagements
- Understand overall business strategy and to ensure corresponding IT strategy is supportive and consistent with technologies and Client offerings
- Maintains high value, current functional knowledge of best practices in mobile industry
- Work with client stakeholders and business users to define application scope and objectives.
- To develop and maintain relationships with third parties, including contractors, vendors and potential vendors to identify and exploit opportunities to drive better value for the client
- Conduct rapid solution architecture assignments and present solutions and analysis to Client’s Management Team.
- Willing to Travel (50 %-75 %)

3) Typically all candidates are lead level and above ( 7 yrs +)
Position : Tech lead /architect
- Mobile UI development, J2EE, J2ME, .Net, VC++, Brew, emobility.
- Should be able to architect a solution in this technology area for a given problem statement.
- In depth knowledge of mutli tire architecture.
- Should be able to design and architect solution around J2EE, should be well versed with stacking and layering of architecture modeling, should be conversent with decsion making in terms of technology comparision with J2EEtechnologies
- Should be able to understand customer business requirements and propose optimal solutions around J2EE technologies focusing on simplifications, virtualization, aggregation and automation.
4) Mobility Tech Lead
- Design and Develop applications for both smartphone and tablet versions.
- Should have Hands on experience in developing application using native controls, UI frameworks, using interface builder, event handling.
- Should be familiar with Human Interface Guidelines for smartphone platforms
- Should have hands on experience in application deployment to smartphones.
- Should have understanding of Enterprise mobility catering to various domains.
- Should have overall Mobility experience of 6+ years and minimum of 2 years of Hands-on experience in Mobility Apps based development.
- Knowledge of small memory patterns and MVC architecture desirable
5) Role: Android Developer / Lead Developer
As the Android Developer / Lead Developer, you will:
- Develop and maintain a complete understanding of the current GeekSquad Application code base including code structure, design patterns, and environment details
- Help analyze features requested by the business to assess technical feasibility of implementation and any technical hurdles that exist
- Work with Solution Architect and Application Architect to translate high-level designs into implementation approaches appropriate to the Geek Squad App that meet business and IT requirements
- Work with the Application Architect to help establish and enforce good development policies, processes and procedures that support high-quality deliveries in an agile environment with tight deadlines
- Work with the Geek Squad App PM to coordinate development and delivery with off shore partners to ensure strong collaboration to meet deadlines
- Work with the Application Architect to help decompose requested features into work packages for assignment to developers on the team
- Act as a strong voice in iteration planning, code reviews, and retrospectives with a goal of improving team performance and quality
- Design, develop, unit test, and deliver features for each release
- Assist team members with the design, code, unit test and delivery of their assigned features
- Maintain watch over and address accumulating technical debt appropriately
