The Position:
Work in a team environment as a Contingent Recruiter identifying and sourcing (via telephone and internet) talent for Bay Area technology companies. This is a full time, long term career opportunity, offering the ability for the successful candidate to take control of their professional and financial future.

The Responsibilities:
* Conduct large numbers of business to business telephone Cold Calls each day
* More Cold Calls!
* Easily and smoothly transition between scripted presentations and improvised yet themed dialog on each call
* Successful interaction with executive level and senior technical leaders at client and prospect companies
* Continual & professional presentation of our business model through front-Line interaction with progressive and fast thinking prospects
* Articulate the benefits of Intouch*s staffing solutions in a very convincing and professional manner
* Work in close collaboration with Intouch leadership, while at the same time willingly and quickly execute directions
* Continually add to a positive and productive environment for all other team members
* Consistently Generate Offers!

Your Skill Set Includes:
Along with 1 to 5 years of current commissioned based sales experience your resume will prove that you possess the majority of the following;

* Constant Internally Generated High Levels of Motivation
* A proven track record of success
* Affinity for telephone sales, Cold Calls, and the art of *The Presentation*
* Experience working in a commissioned B2B environment
* Worked in an environment where superior understanding of some technical product or services was required
* You must be highly intelligent & posses Excellent Verbal and Outstanding Written Communication Skills
* Superior ability at managing multiple activities simultaneously
* The absolute need for financial success
* Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a rapidly evolving environment
* Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and internally motivated to produce quality focused work / results
* You are positive, a self-starter with a history of exceeding expectations at every opportunity
* A reputation for resourcefulness and skilled at pulling off the impossible
* Can handle an environment where superior efforts are expected, trying doesn*t count, & the ultimate measure are the results
* Demonstrated leadership skills, while you still have the desire and ability to follow direction
* Proven history of quickly growing to the position as a Mentor and THE positive example in your past team environments
* Recent Bachelor*s or Master*s Degree or other proven academic success & The need to never stop learning
* Athletic experience; team oriented sports - team member in a winning college / high school sports organization
