• Onsite PreSales Technical Presentations, including product demonstration, conduct question + answer sessions. Customized and delivered presentations at the customer site

•Gather and present market feedback to company departments, including Marketing, Engineering, Research & Development – Architectural and Production recommendations.

•Liaison between customers and engineering.  Involvement in specification issues, custom circuitry requirements, test results comparisons (on site, in China office lab, at corporate

•Support tradeshows including CIOE, OFC, TIA, and SuperComm

•Design / Devise Customized Solutions.

• This role will operate in close cooperation with Technical, Marketing, Engineering and specifically Sales Teams while proceeding through the steps involved with RFI’s, RFP’s & RFQ’s.

 •Significantdirect interaction with customers to deliver sales presentations, determine product requirements, and solicit feedback.  Often times you will lead the presales discussion with customers.

•Gathered market data for improving released products and guiding next generation product direction

•Collaboratewith sales and engineering to set priorities, implement features,and meet schedules.

•Direct solution strategy,product definition, product development, and solutions marketing activities for our product solutions.

•This position is heavily weighted on the technical side, and the appropriate applicants will have a technology degree (hopefully and advanced) and have started their career with a hands on engineering role.
