Financial Analyst – Corporate Development/ Real Estate Group

　M&A:

• M&A support including financial statement modeling and ROI / DCF analysis and due diligence support
• Prepare ad hoc presentations to support M&A and real estate group as needed

• Organize monthly summary transaction logs

• Research market demographics / trends, competitive indices, and other supplemental data

　Real Estate & Purchasing:

• Real estate group support including technology based tracking of capital and maintenance projects, budgeting and related analytics
• Assist in managing lease database and overall real estate portfolio, including rental and tax payments
• National purchasing support - assist researching and evaluating suppliers, processes, and industry/market conditions
• Assist in managing existing national purchasing accounts including monthly and periodic account reviews, contract audits, etc.

Skills :

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel & PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Hyperion suite of products; Hyperion Financial Management a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Prepare regular and special financial statements including (but not limited to) balance sheets, budgets, forecasts, profit and loss statements
• Handle several projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative
• Will be able to multitask and organize priorities on a daily process and communicate effectively.　
• Experience in budget preparation and variance reporting is preferred.　
• Need the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a group of managers.
• Superior analytical skills; draw conclusions from complex seta of data
• Understanding of accounting principles
• Produce high quality work while under significant deadline pressure
• Ability to work extra hours occasionally during crunch time

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in economics, finance, or business administration
• 2-3 years of progressive work experience with an emphasis on financial analysis
