We are seeking SAP ECC Project Manager for a 3 month contract role in Alpharetta, GA. Candidate will largely be responsible for managing projects that implement application technologies (new software, upgrades and enhancements), hardware (infrastructure) and vendor resources.

Skills :

　

- 3+ years managing SAP ECC projects
- Experience with ECC, SCM, BW, SEM, and CRM
- Experience with the SAP GUI
- Experiencing building/managing an SAP landscape strategy.

PMP (PMI) Certification Required


- Proven program/project management skills and experience
- Proficient in Microsoft tools including MS Project

Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Alignment and Project Planning Activities:


* Collaborates with project stakeholders to clearly define project objectives including functionality, timelines, and resource requirements
* Ensures project funding is in place
* Leads development of project plan inclusive of definition of key gates and checkpoints
* Gains alignment of all key stakeholders on approach, plan and business case objectives
* Defines resource requirements and work with department counterparts to validate capacity availability.
* Ensure non-human resources including hardware and software are ordered and available per project plan.
* Partners with Supplier Management to source, onboard and manage third-party partners in delivery of program components.

Project Management Activities:
* Manages cost, schedule, and technical performance requirements of project teams through all phases from inception to completion (e.g., proposal review, planning, scheduling, installation, system acceptance, etc).
* Performs risk/issue assessment, tracking, resolution and escalation to ensure project delivery.
* Provides direction and sets priorities to deliver to plans/budget and resolve day-to-day project issues.
* Manages project financials
* Partners with project coordinator to ensure proper financial structures are established (Clarity, SAP, AtoB, CAR, etc).
* Reports budget status to project stakeholders
* Validates project forecasts are completed per financial management standards
* Manages and maintain metrics and related processes for project teams

Resource Management Activities:
* Identify and secure resources and skills required to meet project plan and outcome.
* Ensures proper onboarding of external resources and partners.
* Work with Business Unit business and technical staff and other cross-functional teams to ensure effective and timely execution of programs/projects.
