1)Title Remedy Workflow Engineer1

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Leverage expertise in Remedy Custom application design to shape and evolve our next generation tool set.
• Create tools with intuitive and simple user interface based on latest web technologies techniques.
• Expert in building large scale software with robust and highly reliable operational characteristics.
• Be the leading advocator of our user base with laser focus on achieving business results.

Job Requirements
• 7+ years of software development experience with both front end and back end expertise.
• 6+ years of experience developing in Action Request System tools like Developer Studio, Email engine, Approval Engine, Assignment engine and SLA engine.
• Go getter with can do attitude. Tenacity to do what it takes to get the job done while continually focused on achieving measurable business results.
• Expert in Building the custom Remedy Applications and expert in integrating remedy engines with custom application.
• Excellent communication, documentation and relationship skills. Ability to understand and articulate both technical and business issues with peers.
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Design, or related discipline.
