Projects:

2012 Support SE Siebel Scope of work:
Enhance, maintain, and play a technical lead role for projects in Siebel Marketing & Analytics/OBIEE. Provide daily support for Marketing campaign management activities.

Required skills/competencies:
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts such as programs, campaigns, promotions, offers, and treatments
- Expertise in the following areas of Siebel Marketing: stage execution, campaign load, campaign launch, and output list format generation
- Strong understanding of Siebel Marketing integration with Siebel Analytics and OBIEE including experience with infrastructure sizing and clustered environments
- Understanding of Siebel Marketing architecture, data model, and hardware configuration on a Windows based platform
- Understanding of Data Warehouse modeling and STAR schemas
- Working knowledge of Oracle 11g database including PL/SQL, stored procedures, indexes, and performance tuning concepts
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas of Siebel: Loyalty, Enterprise Integration Manager, Workflow Manager
- 5+ years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
