Advantage Tech is seeking a Sr Developer for a contract for hire position with a leading technology provider in Phoenix, Arizona.

Leading candidates will have:

Minimum 5+ years programming in Microsoft environment. Minimum 2+ years in ASP.Net 4.0 experience. Minimum 3+ years in C# experience. Minimum 1+ years in MVC3 experience. Minimum 2+ years in Telerik Controls experience. Minimum 1+ years in JavaScript experience. Minimum 3+ years SQL Server experience. Minimum 2+ years SQL LINQ experience. Minimum 3+ years SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). Minimum 1+ years of AJAX experience. Minimum 1+ years of XML experience. Minimum 2+ years of data conversion experience. Must have Microsoft Office experience.

The ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. The ability to code the presentation, business rules, and data access layers. Problem solving requiring solutions using several languages in the client server, multi-tier, multi-server environment. Knowledge of full software development lifecycle, which includes requirements, analysis, design, coding, systems testing, documentation, and implementation. Must have familiarity with LAN/WAN Networking and Web Services. Must be project-oriented and self-motivated. Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills. Must be process-oriented and self-motivated.

Developers will be responsible for new development, enhancements and ongoing support of applications. Develop and support business applications. Comply with established software development procedures and standards. Work in an agile team environment.
