General Position Requirements:

•Minimum of 5 years serving as a Business Systems Analyst in a Business Analyst or similar role

• Strong relationship skills with the ability and confidence to interact positively and successfully with all levels of internal and external customers

•Experience with the Agile Development processes

•Ability to work independently, as well as part of an agile team.

 Specific Position Requirements:

• 3-5 years of business analysis processes and skills
• Ability to facilitate Joint Application Design sessions (JAD or JDC)
• An understanding of the technology implications related to strategic business issues
• Understanding of application software and hardware architecture principles
• Understanding of the concepts pertinent to data center operations, network, telecommunications and application development and integration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop solutions that are in the best interest of the client
• Knowledge of software testing principles and practices
• Strong analytical ability
• Ability to interact with the development staff to resolve defect issues and for design work
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
