Technical Business AnalystPeopleSoft 9.0, PT 8.50Integration Broker/Query/Workflow/Business Object Process Security
Volt Technical Resources is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for a long-term position with Our Client in Portland, OR.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform interviews and research to determine IT business requirements, and translate them into specifications for complex technical projects.
Analyze, facilitate, model and organize information in order to elicit requirements, reconcile conflicts and distinguish solution ideas from business needs.
Assume leadership role and coordinate security tasks between business and technical units.
Perform Security Administration for PeopleSoft CRM, EPM, FMS and HCM systems.
Plan, design and lead prototyping sessions, corporate demonstrations and Requirements Gathering meetings.
Perform Fit Gap Analysis and propose implementation approaches.
Provide Best Practices advice on using the delivered functionalities.

This is an estimated 18-month contingent / temporary position in Portland, OR, through Volt Technical Resources, also located in Portland, OR. Requirements:

Required Skills for this Technical Business Analyst position include the following:

Skill and experience with PeopleSoft 9.0 functional features and best operational practices
Functional and technical PS security knowledge using PT 8.50 or higher
Must be knowledgeable of delivered PeopleSoft 9.0 security structure and permission lists, as well as its Business Process purposes and underlying table setup and configurations
Working experience with designing, configuring, implementing and maintaining Integration Broker, Query, Workflow and Business Object Process Security using PT 8.50 or higher
Must also have working experience with designing and implementing user roles and permission lists for PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 Self-Service Functionality, using PT 8.50 or higher
